What is Pravilo?
Pravilo is an ancient system of harmonizing body, mind and spirit.
At the body level, this is stretching and alignment.
At the level of consciousness – returning attention to the body.
At the level of the spirit – restoration of the internal axis and strength of the Family.
This is not just a simulator.
This is a tool that helps a person “get into the Right” – a state of inner order and truth.

How the practice works
In Pravil, a person is anchored to four points—arms and legs—and through gentle stretching, natural healing processes are initiated:
- the spine and joints are aligned;
- muscle and energy clamps are cleared;
- improves blood circulation and lymph flow;
- breathing and circulation of vital force are restored;
- the body and consciousness enter a state of internal balance.
A Pravilo isn’t an effort.
It’s relaxation in the right direction.

Pravilo Philosophy
The word “PravIlo” is associated with the concept of Prav – the highest law of harmony.
When the body straightens, life straightens.
When a person becomes in the Pravilo, he becomes in his Truth.
Each stretch is a small meditation:
the exhalation cleanses,
the inhalation restores strength,
the movement unites body, mind, and spirit.
The Pravilo is the path to inner light through simple action.

What does a person receive?
After several sessions, the following appears:
- lightness, freedom and flexibility of the body;
- straight posture and deep breathing;
- calmness, clarity of mind, concentration;
- a surge of energy and inner confidence;
- a sense of stability and connection with oneself.
Over time, old blocks – physical and emotional – go away.

Full massage
A full-body massage is a meticulous treatment of the entire body, with each technique aimed at relieving muscle tension and restoring natural ease of movement. The back, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, and feet receive a comprehensive treatment—from gentle, relaxing rubs to deep, acupressure techniques.
The procedure improves blood circulation and lymph flow, promotes recovery after physical and emotional stress, and reduces stress and fatigue. After the session, the body feels relaxed, muscles are soft, breathing is even, and overall well-being is noticeably improved.
